Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are required to perform the following duties:
- Rent merchandise to new or existing customers
- Perform follow-up phone calls and mailings to those customers
- Schedule and be able to assist on in home deliveries, some service calls and Customer Account Management runs
- Conduct everyday business
- Process customer payments and paperwork
- Keep store clean
- Control inventory
- Open or close the store
- Be part of a team
Other duties are assigned as training progresses.
To help you and your career the following is helpful, Sales / Restaurant experience, people, math and computer skills the ability to count and make change. Possess a willingness to grow and learn.
You have to pass a background check, drug screening and possess a clean driving record.
